Once a builder is chosen, our involvement continues — we visit the site bi-weekly during construction to address any of the builder's questions, make crucial on-site decisions, and oversee the project's progress. This ensures that the construction is aligned with the design plans, guaranteeing that the final outcome meets the expectations set with you, our client, with no surprises upon completion.
**Please note that while we provide comprehensive oversight to ensure your design is executed faithfully, Design Management is distinct from Project Management. We do not oversee construction details or coordinate the builder's trade scheduling.
